Good morning, World 🙂

As we go about this day of rest — or, for my fellow writer folk, this day of spiraling around like a PRODUCTIVITY TORNADO, swoooooooooosh — let us remember to do one, very important thing:

Drink water.

Coffee, of course, and plenty of tea. But also water.

It’s what your body needs, it’s what your body craves. Pour yourself a tall glass of the clear stuff and take a nice, big swig, no one’s looking. Get gulpy about. Swish that shit around.

Now breathe.

We’ve got this.

Let’s go get today.

  1. Congratulations on the release date, Liv! And you’re absolutely right about the water. Keeping yourself hydrated is very important, especially if you take certain medications. It’s easy to lose sight of that, too, so it does take a little reminder sometimes. I’m glad all is OK with you, and I’m happy for you that you’re busy!
