So, smile :) Or smirk, or something.

Good Morning, World 🙂

Heeeeeyyyyyy, lol. What’s up? I missed you! Sorry about the gap, I had some freelance responsibilities to square away, but I’m back baby! Wooo!

You know what’s funny? WE’RE HALFWAY THROUGH MARCH.

That’s exactly what this year is fucking doing, marching on by. I’m almost eager for it to end, but what’s the hurry? Time to pick up my word counts where I left off, and see if we can round this month off with a nice, good word count. What have you been up to lately?

Oh, by the way, do you use instagram? I’m really reluctant to post on social media, given that showing my face… Well, I don’t know. It just makes me uncomfortable for some reason, but I’ve got to start doing it. I’m great at inventing bullshit excuses to not put myself out there, and that’s just not a viable business model. The ecosystem reward exhibitionism. Dark, I know. And while I have no plans on inundating cyberspace with self-indulgent selfies and other internet space junk, I do need to start reaching out more, owning my space a little. Getting uncomfortable.

So, smile 🙂

Or smirk, or something.

Say cheese.

Here I go.

Have a good weekend, World!

xoxo Liv

  1. Hello, Liv,
Yeah, I’ve missed you too, but I know there will be times when you’ll be too busy to post here and that’s OK. Actually, it may be a good thing because when you don’t post here it usually means you’re busy with stuff that’s more career-oriented!

To answer your question, no, I don’t use Instagram. I really have no reason to because I already have a place to share pics and keep up with friends. And I’m the same way about posting my picture everywhere. But I can see where it may be an advantage to use Instagram. It would be yet another outlet for you and more chances to meet up with other writers.

Well, there’s my input for what it’s worth. Things are going OK for me. I actually keep about as busy as I want to be, or need to be in some cases.

It was nice to see you post again, and by the way posting your picture doesn’t make you an exhibitionist! Although I’m sure you may run across some of those on Instagram! 🙂

    Have a great evening,

    1. Lol, oh my god Bill, you nailed it. Instagram rewards the most undignified part of human nature, it’s all photoshopped, cookie cut out faces and experiences. It’s not my bag. But ah well, gotta do what you gotta do.

I’m glad you’re doing ok! It’s always nice to hear from you, keep on keeping on! And thank you for your patience with my tardy replies, I suck at communicating sometimes. You hear that, potential employers?

Talk to you soon, Bill! 🙂

    1. Dude, I know! There are only so many hours in the day, and I’d really rather prioritize other tasks than learning another social media platform. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll do it if I have to, but I sure hope that I don’t XD
